We’d like to discuss Wild Hearts Gameplay impressions briefly. Wild Hearts will be available on PS 5 and X Box Series X/S. We had a three-day access period to this game, during which we could play the very beginning to get a sense of how it would function. We’ll review how it functions, what we like about it, and what we don’t like. Let’s speak about the aspects of Monster Hunter that we like so that you can decide if you should keep an eye out for this.
Wild Hearts Gameplay Pros and Cons
Here are some of the positive and negative aspects of action role-playing monster hunter games:
Pros of Wild Hearts
Let’s examine some Pros of the Wild Hearts – Action Role-Playing Monster Hunting Game.
Monster Hunter
The gameplay is similar to Monster Hunter, which is the first thing that becomes immediately clear. There is a lot of familiarity with the battle from a visual standpoint. The ultimate monster-hunting video game is called Monster Hunter. The game also includes a lot of armor and eight distinct types of weaponry. There will be personalization. In this game, additional weapons are not included, as we see in Monster Hunter, such as the umbrella. You, as a player, can use numerous weapons. Of course, there are other comparable weapons, such as the bow and katana from Monster Hunter. You’ll have several weapons at your disposal, each appearing to have a unique talent that lets you use it differently.
World Environments
The world environments are great, not graphically next gen. We won’t say that the graphics are the best-looking environments. The way they’ve designed the art of these locations has this sort of feudal Japan High fantasy feel to them, like it’s been overgrown. There are these Fantastical creatures in them. The game itself is not, using a lot of dragons and crazy enemies. It’s like souped-up versions of animals or insects or things you would find naturally in nature. You’ll see things that resemble real creatures in this game, more so than dragons and things like that. It has a high fantasy nature element.
Combat
The fighting feels fantastic. The fact that the controls in Monster Hunter Capcom games generally seem clumsy is one of the most outstanding complaints. This is presumably done on purpose in Monster Hunter so that you can’t simply dart into battle, dodge everything, and then return to it. The character in this game moves in a manner that we like. They pull their weapon out and sprints faster. They are easier to dodge. They bounce back more quickly from setbacks. You might like this game better if you’re not a big fan of how Monster Hunter handles the character’s primary control.
Building Mechanics
The game’s building mechanics distinguish this from Monster Hunter in general. While engaged in combat, you can construct on the Fly. Combat also allows you to develop structures. The use of structures in battle significantly alters how battles proceed. It’s handled incredibly well and appears natural.
To fight, you might add other items. Gamers can construct towers, and springs can be constructed. You may create a ballista. You can develop all these different things quickly when you’re engaged in a fight.
Cons in Wild Hearts
Let’s examine some Cons of the Wild Hearts – Action Role-Playing Monster Hunting Game.
Weapons
Only eight weapons are available. The fact that they do have eight weapons is also a plus. It is also a drawback compared to Monster Hunter, which has 15 weapons. After launch, we should see an increase in the number of weapons in this game.
Three Person Co-op
Another adjustment is that this game only supports three players for co-op, as opposed to four in Monster Hunter World. This means you can only play with two instead of three friends. This is probably a benefit for some folks, you know.
Uninspired Outside of Combat Gameplay
Another negative aspect is that even while the architecture is excellent in the fight, it feels unimaginative outside combat. As you kill more and more monsters or beasts, you’ll be able to unlock more and more items. It’s still early, so we’re only seeing a small portion of it. Therefore, even while the building during a fight is impressive, we expect this to develop more smoothly than it does now. You can construct various objects other than weapons to give the game a survival-themed feel.
Performance and Graphics
In terms of graphics, Monster Hunter World is superior. The graphics would probably get better before the game was released, even though it is still in the beta stages. The performance has been so bad that you can’t even obtain a steady 60 frames per second. Not even Max is getting everything; we’re not putting it on it. There are frequent frame drops throughout the place. There are bugs, and the game crashes. We’ll have to wait and see how much they can alter this in the following months; otherwise, we strongly suspect the game will be delayed. Wild hearts will make available on PC, PS 5, and X Box Series X/S.
Final Thoughts
Simply put, this game has an identity issue. They appeared to be working on a game comparable to Monster Hunter. They say that a more natural setting in feudal Japan would be ideal for doing this. We have enjoyed seeing this game delve more deeply into the MMO sandbox genre. You team up with others to hunt monsters, gather the materials needed to make better weapons and armor, and develop your base. We are confident that this game would compete with Monster Hunter if it received the love and attention it deserves.
